MyHealthBank Finance Version 3.2 focuses squarely on robust consumer enablement for the next generation of CDHP. New functionality includes:

-- Enhanced payment out of an HSA, allowing the member to direct payment to the provider or reimburse himself. An audit trail is also available for tax reporting purposes;

-- Pay to Provider capability for HRAs;

-- Enhanced HRA plan designs including HRA deductibles and employee cost share;

-- Version 3.2 also allows payors to display medical accumulators for consumer-driven health plans in the newly enhanced subscriber online account view;

-- Enhanced debit card support; and

-- Bank account balance information.

At the heart of MyHealthBank Finance 3.2 are features that illuminate the principles and benefits of consumer-driven health care: giving consumers choice and control over their health care spending accounts, as well as user-friendly tools to help them understand the costs of health care, control benefit costs and become better consumers of health care services. The new version features point-based incentives that are tied to medical care management services and activities such as completing health risk assessments or stop smoking programs to promote healthy behavior.
